About Samara Nazir

Samara Nazir joined Parman & Easterday in 2018.  She is serving the estate planning, probate, and trust administration needs of our clients in Kansas City with a focus on probate and trust administration. Samara is dedicated to helping families establish estate plans tailored to meet their needs, avoid probate, and prepare for unforeseen circumstances such as disability or incapacity. Samara is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas.

Professional Experience

Samara is a member of the Missouri Bar, Association for Women Lawyers, and serves on the diversity committee for the Kansas Bar Association.  She was a contributing author for the Kansas Bar Association’s “Kansas Basic Will and Trust Drafting,” publication. She was named Kansas City Business Journal’s Best of the Bar in 2014 and recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star Attorney in Missouri & Kansas for 2015-2021.

Education

She graduated with a J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law.  She earned her B.A. in Religious Studies and a B.S. in Journalism, News and Information Emphasis, from the University of Kansas.

PERSONAL profile

Samara was born and raised in Kansas. She loves spending time outdoors with her two children, decorating cakes (when she gets a chance), and pairing good coffee with an equally good book.
